It’s brew day!! Today I’ll be making a 5 gallon of peach cider. What’s peach cider? A traditional apple cider with a little peaches added to to give it a southern twist. This is a quick and easy starter into making your own alcoholic beverages at home. Let’s go over what you’ll need. 5 gallons

Equipment needed: -Bottling bucket -Auto-siphon -Bottling wand -Bottles and caps -Capper -Priming sugar -Bottle drying rack -Sanitizing product -Back-sweetening product Bottle conditioning: -Sanitize bottling bucket, bottles, and components -Prepare and blend in priming sugar -Add non-fermentable sugar if desired -Cap and wipe off bottles -Store in a warm place for 3 weeks -Refrigerate and drink
