In this video i’m sharing my kombucha first fermentation recipe. I take a clean 3l jar Scoby and about 300ml kombucha drink from the previous fermentation. Brew a very strong black tea (8tsp black tea to 500ml thermos) let sit for 1 hour. Strain the tea from the brew add 200ml sugar and dissolve completely.
