here is a little video of my latest homebrew effort – very pleased with the outcome (I used ‘spray malt in the primary fermentation instead of ordinary granulated sugar and it DEFINITELY makes a difference – i.e. body, head retention etc).
I show you how to prepare hop pellets for dry hopping in your homebrew beer. This is a simple and cost effective way to improve the flavour (flavor) and aroma of your homebrew. I suggest you start off using 50 grams (2 ounces) of hops to 23 litres (6 gallons) of beer.
