The Bru Sho: Home Brewing Simplified!

RECIPE for 1/2 gal (1.89L):

For Training (4 Week Process)
-5g Total Tea
-50g Total Sugar
-Gradually increase and sub in Green Tea & Maple syrup (or Honey) each week
-Filtered Water to top
-Ferment @ 69ºF (20.5ºC) for 2 weeks – 1 month, until SCOBY forms
-F2 with Fresh Fruit, herbs, and/or spices

Subsequent Batches:
-5g Green Tea
-50g Maple Syrup (or Honey)
-Ferment @ 69ºF (20.5ºC) for 2-5 days
Shorter = more sweet
Longer = more funky
______________________
-F2 with Fresh Fruit, herbs, and/or spices for 3 Days

ABV: Less than 1%
