7 lbs Vienna Malt
3 lbs 8.0 oz Pilsner; German
3.0 oz Carafa II
3.0 oz Melanoidin
1.00 oz Hallertauer Pellets – Boil 60.0 min
0.50 oz Hallertauer Pellets – Boil 30.0 min
0.50 oz Northern Brewer – Boil 30.0 min
0.50 oz Hallertauer Pellets – Boil 10.0 min
0.50 ozNorthern Brewer – Boil 10.0 min
1.0 pkg Octoberfest/Marzen Lager (White Labs #WLP820)

Mash at 152F for 60 mins
Boil for 60 mins
