I like to make jun in pretty much the same way I make kombucha – with 2 quarts of concentrated tea that I dilute with 6 quarts of filtered water. Add in 2 cups of honey, add this all to your vessel, along with your starter liquid (already fermented jun) and jun SCOBY, and you are good to go!
