HOW TO MAKE JUN – THE CHAMPAGNE OF KOMBUCHA!

Homebrew Kombucha
Ok, I LOVE kombucha, but I really LOVE LOVE LOVE jun! The flavor is so light and lovely, but I still feel like I get the same awesome benefits of drinking kombucha. I usually try to drink a big glass of both jun and kombucha every day, just to make sure I’m getting the goodness of all of both!

I like to make jun in pretty much the same way I make kombucha – with 2 quarts of concentrated tea that I dilute with 6 quarts of filtered water. Add in 2 cups of honey, add this all to your vessel, along with your starter liquid (already fermented jun) and jun SCOBY, and you are good to go!
