Make kombucha without the Scoby #Recipe #healthtips

Homebrew Kombucha
Probiotic soda recipe:
1/4 cup (60ml) prepared kombucha
1 quart (950ml) juice of choice, works best with juice that has about 30 g sugar per 1 cup (240ml) serving
Store in pressure tight container(s) filled only 2/3 full, to avoid overflowing, at room temperature to ferment until desired fizziness is attained, approximately 3 to 5 days

I like to use the old-fashioned soda bottles, but you can use any resealable container that had fizzy drink in it like kombucha or soda
