Instructions
———————

* Wash pineapple thoroughly.

*Cut the skin and put in a dry glass jar.

*Add spices like clove, cinnamon , pepper & ginger

* Add sugar 1 cup and add hot water dilute it.

* Once sugar solution reached the room temperature transfer to the jar.

* Remaining jar full with normal water.

* Cover the jar with cotton cloth and secure with rubber band.

* Keep the jar in dark room fo 3 to 4 days .

* Dont forget to open and check the jar to prevent over fermentation

*Transfer the liquid into a jar with the strainer .

* Store the liquid in an airtight bottle and enjoy every sip of sunshine tepache.
