SMASH CZECH PILSNER RECIPE
Recipe for 5 gals (18.9L):
-7.36 gals (~27.8L) Water
______________________
~12 LBS [5.4 KG] of Grains
-100% Bohemian Pilsner
______________________
Mash @ 149ºF (65ºC) for about 60 mins
______________________
Boil for 70 mins:
-2oz (~56g) Saaz @70min
-1.5oz (~42g) Saaz @30min
-.5oz (~14g) Saaz @10min
______________________
-WLP802 Czech Budejovice or any lager yeast
Ferment around 56ºF (~13ºC) for ~7 Days, then slowly ramp temp up until completion

Final Gravity: 1.013
ABV: 5.9%
IBUs: ~32
