Hello my beautiful friends! Welcome back to @chyummy Today, I am going to share with you how to make kombucha. A second fermentation and flavoring. Flavoring kombucha is very versatile. It’s perfect the way it is or you can play around with several combinations.
In this video, I tried a combination of fresh lemon and ginger. Mango and lime. Raspberry and mint. Watermelon and basil. Strawberry and mint. Pineapple and ginger. Peach and mint. When using 6oz bottles, I add about 2 tablespoons of each fruits and herbs. When I am using the 16oz bottles or larger, I tend to increase the quantity of fruits and herbs.
