Recipe for 22L:
– 31L tap water

– 5.5kg Pale UK 2 Row
______________________
You can swap out the the hops to any variety so long as you match the same IBUs
-18.5g Chinook @ 60 mins (17.3 IBUs)
-35.0g Chinook @ 15 mins (16.1IBUs)
-60g Chinook @ 5 mins (11.1 IBUs)
-40g Chinook @ 0 mins with a 20 minute hop stand at 85°C (6.1IBUs)

Boil for 60 mins

Original Gravity: 1.052
Final Gravity: 1.010
ABV: 5.6%
IBUs: 50
