In this video, I brewed a pumpkin beer in the style of an Imperial Brown. The idea was to create a strong, substantial beer with a lot of biscuity, bready and “pie-like” qualities to support the addition of spices and pumpkin to the beer. The beer took about a month to reach a good level

Knocking up the new Limited edition HOME BREW BEER KIT. Made a couple of changes so I’d be interested to know if anyone else has brewed the kit and changes made. The main change I made was yeast but also added some Crushed Coriander and orange peel. Kit says 4.6%ABV ,Mine came out at 4.4%
