How to Make a Sourdough Starter with Kombucha from scratch – Homemade Levain with Kombucha

It is already the first weekend of the brand new year. I made a sourdough starter reminiscing the already gone 2019. I used my homemade Kombucha which I made last year to make this sourdough starter. The fermentation was quite impressive, I think it is because of the healthy bacteria in the Kombucha. You can also use filtered water instead of Kombucha.
Let’s make a natural sourdough starter and next time, I will show how to make bread with it.
