Taste test + recipe! 2*470 g jars of morello cherries(got mine from Morrisons) 150 g table sugar 1 teaspoon yeast+1 teaspoon yeast nutrient 4 litres apple juice ( cheapest),one cupof cold tea for tannin, Blend cherries with 1 litre of juice Pour into pan and boil for 15mins, turn off heat and add sugar mix
