We revisit an old favorite, Belgian wit beer with oranges. This time we substituted blood oranges for regular navel oranges and experimented with two different ways to add the fruit to the beer. Ingredients for 10 gallons: 11 lbs 12.0 oz Wheat Malt; White (2.1 SRM) 9 lbs 8.0 oz 2-row American Pale Malt (Briess)
