How to make Kombucha step by step. In this video I’ll explain something a bit different than usual. We will talk about fermented tea at home, usually called Kombucha. Kombucha has origin more than 2,000 years ago in North East of China. It’s composed of 2 words KOMBU – CHA (Means literally Tea in Chinese). It is composed of three elements: Sugar, Tea and Scoby. Scoby stands for Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast. The different benefits of Kombucha: It contains Probiotics like Lactobacillus, It’s full of Antioxidant, It improves General Gut health, Reduce the risk of Cancer, It doesn’t contain Bad Bacteria. It involves only a trace of 0.2% – 1.2% of alcohol but homemade Kombucha may contain a bit more. To put this into perspective, a really mature Banana contains the 0.1% of alcohol. Some people claim to use Kombucha as a remedy for Hungover. Check the video for a step by step guide.
