We may have home brewed the darkest and lightest homebrew beer ever with this recipe. It utilizes about double the amount of black malt that would normally be used for a home brewed beer and also a uses a ton of black, “forbidden,” rice to reduce the body. It was fermented using 34/70 lager yeast in a pressurized keg fermenter, which is actually a prototype of a new model. Congratulations to us for finally getting this done (almost)!
