In this video I will walk you through exactly how I built this Heat Exchange Recirculating Mash (HERMS) System. I’ll walk you through how I cut the top off the keg, Installed fittings, put together all of the fittings, and a final installation. I also have a neat bottom mash drain specifically for kegs.
