– 2oz (~52g) Motueka @ Whirpool
– 2oz (~52g) Simcoe @ Whirpool

Mash @ 154ºF (~67.8ºC) for about 45 mins
Boil for about 30 mins

Ferment around 67ºF (~19.4C) for 7 Days

Original Gravity: 1.065
Final Gravity: 1.015
ABV: 6.5%
IBUs: ~50
