Pear Cider – How to Make an Easy Perry

Pear Cider, how to make an easy perry at home. Perry is cider made from pears instead of apples. We used whole fruit that we juiced for part of this, but also used pear juice since juicing fruit is really more work than it’s worth UNLESS you have a very large, very abundant source of fresh pears. If you have that… by all means, juice your fruit to make pear cider! Great perry isn’t difficult, and if you have that kind of access to pears, perry is something you should try!
