The Shed – ‘Specific’ Pacific Ale Brew Day

Homebrew Beer Recipes
Thanks for your patience on this one. It’s been a hell to edit due to some audio probs so sorry if it’s a bit up and down.

So here it is, a detailed video on a typical brew day using my gear that I ran through on the previous video. It’s long, sorry, but hopefully give you a good insight as to what I do and shows you some errors on the way that can only help us learn. The recipe base was something I found on the BeerSmith cloud but I have tweaked it.

Alterations to the brew were made throughout the process due to some miss-calculations to show you what I did to fix them.

The grain bill is also there but it’s been calculated for my system so just chose the percentages that work for you.

I ended up using Galaxy and Ella hops in the dry hop at 5 days and 3 days to go but I’ll go through those details in the tasing video that will post once the beer is kegged and carbed.
