This video is all about the KOMBUCHA SCOBY. Ever wondered how you could start brewing your own kombucha tea at home? Well, first things first-you NEED a SCOBY. What’s a SCOBY you ask? SCOBY stands for Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and YEAST (S.C.O.B.Y). This culture is what you add to a batch of green or black tea to turn plain tea into a delicious fermented beverage full of probiotics and gut healthy, nourishing enzymes. Kombucha is great to aide in digestion, helps skin, hair, and nails grow, its an adaptogen (which is just a fancy word for something that helps your body ADAPT to stress) along with so many other health benefits.
