Dark in appearance but malty and slightly sweet in taste, Munich Dunkel is a delicious and easy drinking beer. In this video we look at how to brew beer in keeping with the style, and do so by splitting the brewing across three separate days.

Recipe:
9 lbs Munich Malt
8.0 oz Victory Malt
6.0 oz Carafa II
1.00 oz Perle Pellets – Boil 60.0 min
0.50 oz Tettnang Pellets – Boil 5.0 min
1.0 pkg Octoberfest/Marzen Lager (White Labs #WLP820)

Mash at 152F for 60 mins
Boil for 60 mins
