Recipe:
9 lbs Pilsner; German
8.0 oz Carafoam
1.00 oz Perle Pellets – Boil 60.0 min
0.50 oz Hallertauer Pellets – Boil 15.0 min
1.0 pkg Octoberfest/Marzen Lager (White Labs #WLP820)

Mash at 152F for 60 mins
Boil for 60 mins
