The first beer to brew in Martin’s homebrewing challenge is A1 American Light Lager. This is the Bud Light of home brew beers. In this episode Martin brews his own light lager and gets tips from local professional brewer Whit Baker from Bond Brothers Brewery

Recipe:
4 lbs 2-row American Pale Malt
4 lbs Pilsner; German
2 lbs 8.0 oz Flaked Rice
1.00 oz Hallertauer Pellets – Boil 60.0 min
1.0 pkg American Lager Yeast (White Labs #WLP840)
Mash @ 152F for 60 mins
Boil for 60 mins
