Making Hard Apple Cider – Part 1

Homebrew Cider
This is the first time we have brewed apple cider! This is part 1 of the videos where we start fermentation and let it sit for 3-4 weeks until it is dry. Part 2 will include back sweetening the cider, kegging, and a final review of how the cider tastes.
