My home brew shop owner wrote this recipe up for me. I told him I wanted a not-so-hoppy pumpkin beer and this is what he came up with.
12 oz 6 row
4 oz biscuit malt
8 oz caramunich II
6 # pils DME
1 oz hallertau (first wort hopping)
US-05 ale yeast
2 cans pumpkin puree
pumpkin pie spices (I used cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, I didn’t write the measurements down but it looks like 1TBSP cinnamon, 1 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp all spice and nutmeg)
Heat 2.5 gallons waster to 150 degrees F
Steep grains and pumpkin for 45 minutes, remove
add DME and hops
boil 60 minutes
Add spices in last 15 minutes of boil if desired
