1.5kg Mangrove Jack’s LME
300gms Dark Chocolate Malt
250gms Crystal Medium Malt
50gms Black Patent Malt
15gms Pacific Jade @ 20 mins
50gms Centennial @ 5 mins
50gms Centennial 3 or 4 day dry hop
US05 yeast
OG = 1.052
FG = 1.008-1.010 (approx)
ABV = 5.5% approx
IBU = 40 approx
Ferment at 18C until 50% attenuation, then free rise temperature until you have a stable FG
