How to brew American beer, the easy way. Brewing a traditional American beer, like Budweiser, for example, typically requires lagering. However, we’ve created a recipe that is brewed with ale yeast. It’s still light and crispy, but it will be easier to make because it won’t need to be lagered.
We use Briess 2-row Pale Malt, Saaz hops, and a bit of dextrose to dry it out.
