Other wheat beer yeast alternatives:

Munich Dry Yeast: https://www.morebeer.com/products/munich-wheat-beer-yeast-lallemand.html?a_aid=shrtcrct
“Aroma is estery to both palate and nose with typical banana notes. ”
Wyeast 3056 Bavarian Wheat Blend: https://www.morebeer.com/products/wyeast-3056-bavarian-wheat-blend.html?a_aid=shrtcrct
“This proprietary blend of a top-fermenting neutral ale strain and a Bavarian wheat strain is a great choice when a subtle German style wheat beer is desired. The complex esters and phenolics from the wheat strain are nicely softened and balanced by the neutral ale strain.”

Wyeast 1010 American Wheat:
https://www.morebeer.com/products/wyeast-1010-american-wheat.html?a_aid=shrtcrct
“A strong fermenting, true top cropping yeast that produces a dry, slightly tart, crisp beer. Ideal for beers when a low ester profile is desirable.”

WLP351 Bavarian Weizen Yeast – White Labs Yeast:
https://www.morebeer.com/products/wlp351-bavarian-weizen-yeast-white-labs.html?a_aid=shrtcrct
“WLP351 is a traditional Bavarian weizen yeast. This strain produces a classic German-style wheat beer, with moderately high, spicy, phenolic overtones reminiscent of cloves.
A wonderful yeast strain for traditional hefeweizens, wheat beers, and roggenbiers.”

Alternate hop options:
Hallertau Mittelfruh Hops
https://www.morebeer.com/products/hallertau-mittelfruh-hops-pellets.html?a_aid=shrtcrct
“(General AA range 3-5.5%) A very nice mellow spicy hop with great flavor with citrus tones. Hallertau Mittelfruh is considered to be the highest grade Hallertau Noble hop available. Use this hop for all traditional lagers, belgian ales, or any European ales.”

German Tradition Hops
https://www.morebeer.com/products/german-tradition-hops-pellets.html?a_aid=shrtcrct
“A great aroma hop for German beers. Also known as Hallertauer Tradition, this hop has a super clean floral and herbal aroma which will go great in any German lager! This hop was originally bred at the Hull Hop Research Institute in Germany for it’s resistance to disease, and now it is a defining hop in a number of the region’s Pilsners and Hefeweizens.”

German Hallertau Blanc Hops
https://www.morebeer.com/products/german-hallertau-blanc-hops-pellets.html?a_aid=shrtcrct
“German Hallertau Blanc is a daughter of Cascade, bred specifically to fit the needs of American craft beer styles. It is mostly an aroma hop with moderate to strong notes of pineapple, white grape, fresh lemongrass stalk, and passionfruit characteristics. A great aroma hop to use with IPA’s, Belgian ales, wheat beers, and Brett fermentations.”

This is a great versatile wheat beer than can be shaped into may different varieties only limited by your imagination.
