Today we’re brewing up a Black Rock Bag in Box Pale Ale — keeping it fresh, simple, and tasty. Fermentation will be run at 22°C, and right at the tail end I’ll be dry hopping with a 50g combo of Cascade (25g) and Centennial (25g) to give it that citrusy, floral, and slightly piney hit. Can’t wait to see how this one turns out!
