NO OXIDATION! Simple Closed Loop Gravity Beer Transfer

Homebrew Beer for Beginners
I set up a a simple closed loop gravity beer transfer set up. Short from home brewing Blueberry Amber Hefeweizen for Oktoberfest. This recipe embodies a classic German wheat beer with traditional banana and clove flavor. It is highly carbonated with extremely smooth mouthfeel. The single decoction adds caramel with a bit of breadiness. The subtle blueberry combines with the banana and small Motueka hop which adds a hint of stone fruit and citrus. The color is complex and changing in different light ranging from purple, red, amber, lavender, and mauve. 11 gallon all grain batch. Complete grain to glass from milling the grain to final kegging. I made a simple closed loop gravity transfer from fermenter to keg. This homemade drink is more complex than the average homebrew, but still simple DIY. All Grain Home Beer Brewing.
