How to Brew Fresh Kombucha fast on the iGulu F1 Home Brewing System – 1 of 2

I’ve added chapters to ensure this video is easy to jump around to the parts that interest you. This is based on a new iGulu Kombucha brewing kit.

You can add whatever flavors you prefer. My personal favorite is Cranberry and Ginger juice from freshly grated ginger.

Recipe – Cranberry Ginger Kombucha
1. 1 gallon of spring water
2. Brew your black tea in 1/2 gallon of water for 15 minutes (10 minutes for lighter tea and up to 20 minutes for slightly richer tea taste) at just below boiling.
3. After removing tea bag(s) – dissolve 7 oz of table sugar
4. Add other 1/2 gallon of water to help cool
5. Once cooled to 78 F add your scoby
6. Keep warm at about 75 F for 11 days
7. Once fermented, remove the scoby and keep cool in a small amount of the tea for storage (fridge)
8. Add 8 oz unsweetened Cranberry Juice
9. Add 1 Tbsp of fresh Ginger Juice from freshly grated ginger
10. Add 1 tsp of lemon juice. (I used one with ginger in it)
11. Force Carbonate with your iGulu. (24 hours or longer)
12. Enjoy!
