Kombucha recipe:

Step 1
Boil a Concentrated tea
– 250 Gramm water
– 8 Gramm black tea (5-7 min. Infused)
– 70 Gramm Sugar
– Strain
– Cool down below 33*C or add directly to cold water
Step 2
– 750 Gramm water
– 150 Gramm Kombucha starter
– 1 Pellicle
Step 3
Fermentation
– 22 – 26*C
– 7 – 14 days
