Whether you’re a fan of classic bubble tea, Hong Kong-style milk tea, or a cozy chai latte, this recipe will help you create a deliciously rich and creamy drink in the comfort of your own kitchen. In this video, I’ll cover:

Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups of water
• 2-3 tea bags or 2-3 teaspoons of loose leaf tea (black tea of your choice, I love to use tetly)
• 1.5 cup of liquid milk (whole milk is preferred )
• 3 tablespoons of sugar or sweetener to taste
• Optional: evaporated milk

Instructions:

1. Bring the water to a boil and add the tea bags or loose leaf tea.
2. Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes to achieve a strong flavour.
3. Combine the tea and milk, adjusting the ratio to your taste.
4. Add sugar to the hot tea and stir until fully dissolved.
5. For an extra touch, add good amount of evaporated milk or condensed milk if you like it sweeter
6. Pour into a cup by straining and enjoy your perfect homemade milk tea!
