In this video, I make a simple homemade alcoholic drink at around 5.3% ABV using budget-friendly ingredients. The brew is made with honey, herbal blueberry and orange tea bags, yeast, and yeast nutrient, resulting in a lightly flavoured, refreshing drink with a subtle fruity character.
This is a low-cost, easy approach to home fermentation, producing 4 litres of drink with minimal equipment and ingredients. The process shows how simple pantry items can be transformed into a drinkable brew over time.
