Recipe for 5 gallons (19 L) , your efficiency may vary:

“Crucial”

5.9% ABV 48 IBU

10 lb Crisp Pale Ale Malt (97.6%)
0.25 lb Briess Caramel 60L (2.4%)

Mash: 150 F (65 C) for 60 min

Water (ppm): Ca 76, Mg 7, Na 0, Cl 65, SO4 120, HCO3 0
Add to 8 gal (30 L) RO water: 4g CaCl2, 2g Epsom (MgSO4), 5g Gypsum (CaSO4)

60 min boil:
60 min – 1 oz (28g) Centennial (7.0% AA) (24 IBU)
10 min – 1.5 oz (35g) Centennial (7.0% AA) (14 IBU)
15 min whirlpool at 170 F (77 C) with 1 oz (28g) each Cryo Mosaic (23.9% AA) (7 IBU) and Cryo Amarillo (15.0% AA) (4 IBU)

OG: 1.055

Yeast: Fermentis Safale US-05

Pitch and ferment at 65 F (18 C) for 10-14 days. Once completed, condition for a few days to a week then package. Carbonate to a low level before serving.
