In this video, I show how I made a simple 14% ABV apple juice brew using nothing more than supermarket apple juice, sugar, and Double Snake C-Star yeast.

No specialist brewing equipment, no expensive ingredients, and no complicated process. If you’re curious about budget home fermentation, this demonstrates just how far a few basic ingredients can go.

Ingredients used:
• 850ml apple juice (11g sugar per 100ml)
• 133g white sugar
• Double Snake C-Star yeast

Starting Gravity (OG): 1.103
Final Gravity (FG): 0.992
Approximate ABV: 14%

This is an experiment in low-cost home brewing and fermentation. Results may vary depending on yeast performance, temperature, and fermentation conditions.

If you enjoy budget brewing, fermentation experiments, and seeing what’s possible with simple ingredients, consider liking the video and subscribing for more.
