The brew was a limited release Pacific Ale provided by @allinnbrewingco6818.
Contained within the box was a 15L bladder. All I had to do was add the required amount of water to reach my desired batch size, 20L. That was it ! So SIMPLE and so EASY!!
The recommendation was to dry hop with Morgan’s Finishing Hops Galaxy 100g. But I decided to do my own twist with the TROPICAL flavours of a Pacific and add 100g Krush (HBC 586) and 100g Citra hops.
Recommended yeast was SafAle US-05 however I opted for Lallemand’s BRY-97. This is a clean, neutral yeast imparting no additional flavours or aromas, which really allows the hops to SHINE!
This is probably one of the best beers I’ve brewed. It’s a beautiful yellow-straw colour, with a slight haze. Not too dissimilar from a Stone and Wood Pacific Ale.
Nice tight wide head on top, could be considered fluffy or pillowy.
The aroma is bursting with passionfruit and tropical fruits.
The flavour is juicy with lots of topical fruits and citrus. It’s like a fruit BOMB in a glass!
A medium body on the beer, not too heavy, but not too light. This would be fantastically refreshing on a hot summers afternoon.

Recipe Details
• 15L Pacific Ale Fresh Wort Kit
• 5L Tap Water
• 100g Krush
• 100g Citra
• 11g LalBrew BRY-97 American West Coast Ale Yeast
Fermentation Schedule:
• Pitch yeast at 20°C
• Ferment at 23°C 3 PSI for 7 days
• Diacetyl rest at 24°C for 1 days
• Cold crash at 2°C for 4 days
Dry Hop Additions:
• 100g Citra @ Day 4
• 100g Krush (HBC 586) @ Day 4
Results – All Into The Pacific
• Starting Gravity 1.046
• Final Gravity 1.006
• ABV 5.29%
