In this blog, I told you that you can use the SCOBY at the bottom of the jar as the starter to make a new batch of Kombucha.BUT, I didn’t say how much to use:
You don’t need to use all of it- Here’s the secret: A teaspoon of the scoby is all that you need as a starter. Your sugary tea ferments much faster than if you use just Kombucha liquid without much (or any) SCOBY.
In that respect, it is like using a little bit of yogurt to start fermenting a new batch. Anything fermented, like Kombucha, Yogurt, or Korean Kimchee, consumed regularly, is supposed to be. very healthy for the gut. It even helps prevent cancer.

By the way, it is even easier to make Moonshine liquor from any fruit with yeast & sugar.
