📌 Ingredients list and resources:
You need 1 scoby
Add 8 tea bags to 8 cups of water
Add 1 cup sugar
Cover and set in a cool room for 5 – 12 days (ferment until you like the flavor).
** At this point you have your kombucha base! You can add a 1 to 1 ratio of kombucha to juice OR, you can further ferment with fruit to add some flavor.
** When you pour it in the bottles make sure you open them every day to avoid them bursting from the fizzy pressure brewing! Once in the fridge the fermentation and accumulation of fizziness will slow down significantly, but make sure to open them every now and then just to make sure. This will not make them “flat”!
