Now it’s here: My kombucha process!
Start with making SCOBY:
1 l earl grey tea
0,5 dl sugar
1 dl starter unpasteurized kombucha (from store or previous batch)
THIS STEP TAKES 1-4 weeks
For kambucha itself I used here:
3 l earl grey tea
1,5 dl sugar
3 dl of my own starter kombucha
scoby
1st FERMENT IN JAR TAKES 7-12 DAYS
2nd FERMENT TAKES approx 4 days in bottle in fridge

PS. Remember to use breathable lid for your jar.
