Recipe for 5 gallons, your efficiency may vary:

6.8% ABV 0IBU

5.5 gallons (21 L) Pasteurized Preservative-Free Apple Juice (100%)

Dry-hop with 2 oz (56g) Mosaic days 3-8 of fermentation

OG: 1.051

Yeast:
Lallemand Belle Saison

Ferment at 75 F (24 C) for 10-14 days

FG: 1.000
