How to make KOMBUCHA at HOME? | Step-by-step guide. From first to second fermentation☕️

Homebrew Kombucha
My First Fermentation Ingredients:
* 2.475ml clean water
* 150g white sugar
* 6 bags english breakfast tea
* 353 ml unflavored kombucha (from a previous batch, from my friend)
* 1 Scoby(from my friend)
* A large glass container (mine is 3.3L)
* Tightly woven cloth
* Rubberbands
* Strew (to taste the kombucha)

My Second Fermentation Ingredients:
* 2 1L glass bottles
* 200g sugar/ 1L (adjust your portion yourself)

Remarks:
1. Make sure your hand is super clean as any bacteria will kill the scoby
2. Kombucha preferred to ferment in a cool, airy and dark space, no cupboards!
3. You can add other flavours in the second fermentation, such as fruits which many people do it! But I prefer original flavours so I stick with only sugar.
4. You can get your first Scoby and the unflavored kombucha from your friend or online stores or me if I have one at that time😝
5. For 1st fermentation: use 1/3 of water to dissolve the sugar at first step, 1/3 of water to brew the english breakfast tea, 1/3 of cold water to cool it quickly!
