1 lbs Flaked Corn
.5 lbs Carafoam
Mash: 152 F
Mash Out: 168 F
Boil: 60 min.
60 min: .54 oz Mosaic Hops (11.9%)
15 min: Yeast Nutrient, 12 oz Table Sugar
Flame Out: 1 oz Mosaic Hops (11.9%)
Cool to 62 F add Saflager (DCL/Fermentis #W-34/70)
Just as fermentation was about to end Dry Hopped with 1 oz. Mosaic Hops (11.9%)
Approximately 3 days later, cold crashed.
Kegged on the 12th day of fermentation.
