INGREDIENTS for growing a SCOBY:
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp loose leaf black tea (or 3 tea bags)
• 2 cups hot water
• 1 cup raw Kombucha (with active, life cultures) ideally unflavored

INGREDIENTS for Homemade Kombucha:
• 1 tablespoon loose leaf black, green, or white tea or 2-3 teabags
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 2 cups hot water
• 5 cups filtered water
• ½ cup starter kombucha
