Porter All Grain w 60L Chocolate and De Husked Carafa I Malts Tasting 3

If you like coffee, chocolate, and roasted malts this porter might be for you. In this homebrew video, I taste my base porter with crystal 60 malt and Pale Chocolate and De Husked Carafa I Malt. I want my porter to have layers in it so I think it does need more. Here is the all-grain recipe I used to make this porter:

2 LBS 4 oz Pale Malt
3.2 oz Crystal 60L
2.4 oz Pale Chocolate Malt
2.4 oz De Husked Carafa I Malt

Hops 1 hr boil
.20 Northern Brewer 60 mins 9.9% AA
.10 Northern Brewer Flameout 9.9% AA

S-04 Yeast
