In Coffee Q&A 37 we tackled Practical Brewing for the Hario V60 – probably one of the worst pour overs for beginners. Now, we move on to the Beehouse – this one is also made in Japan and is a great brewer, especially for beginners. Why? Because the restricted flow rate helps you to control the brew.
Of course, this doesn’t eliminate grind size factors, but if you wanted it super easy, you’d just go to the coffee shop!
