How to make Kombucha SCOBY from scratch| Easy Kombucha Mother| Best Probiotics For illness

Today, I am going to share with you how easy it is to make mother Kombucha.

Kombucha is a powerful probiotic drinks that contains 9 billions of living cpu. Many researches has proven that drinking kombucha tea helps in preventing and treating numerous health conditions. In other to produce this probiotic drinks, you will need a scoby.
A scoby is a living organism. It is a cellulose mat that houses the bacteria and yeast culture that turns sweet tea into kombucha.

All surfaces, utensils and hands has to be cleaned thoroughly first.

1. Bring to a boil 7 cups of filtered water.
2. Add 4 bags of black to and steep for 15 minutes
3. Remove tea bags and add 1 cup of pure organic cane sugar. Mix until the added sugar is completely dissolved.
4. Add 2 cups of store bought unflavored kombucha to the mixture as a starter and combine.
5. Cover with a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth secured with a band.
Hopefully your scoby is alive and will begin to formulate within one week. A full grown scoby should be available within 2- 6 weeks depending on how warm your surroundings is.
